I was glad to find this article in my google alert list as it is encouraging to see so many more people talking about corporate wellness. I have been a wellness therapist, coach, trainer for 30 years and have seen this field evolve over the years. For so long, companies considered the work "woo woo" and now they are seeing how important it is for their employees. I have statistics that show how many millions of dollars companies are saving in absenteeism, work comp claims, health care costs and just plain increased productivity. I feel it is important for employees to have stress release tools they can use, in the moment, to shift themselves from stress to focus, relaxation and clarity so they can remain safe, productive and clear. Change is inevitable, stress is inevitable, so what ever tools someone can acquire to keep themselves more healthy and adapatable is worthwhile. Thanks again for the article.
